YogaPilates.me is the website of Hilary Sewter. She holds a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and studied with Body Control Pilates. She is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
Yoga and Pilates exercises give you a longer, leaner shape, better posture, a strong back and more mobility.
The exercises concentrate on building strength and flexibility, improving co-ordination, balance and posture.
