YogaPilates.me is the website of Hilary Sewter. Hilary holds a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and studied with Body Control Pilates. She is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
Yoga and Pilates exercises give you a longer, leaner shape, better posture, a strong back and more mobility.
The exercises concentrate on building strength and flexibility, improving co-ordination, balance and posture.
Yoga Pilates Class
Our exercise classes are co-ordinated with breathing and relaxation techniques to make the classes a perfect antidote to today’s stressful lifestyles. The relaxation session at the end of each class completes a unique class format, leaving you restored, revitalised and relaxed.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners and highly beneficial to those suffering from muscle injuries, RSI, arthritis, back and joint problems.
