This Yoga Pilates class is held in a typical church hall with a very friendly atmosphere. It consists of a mix of people – all ages and abilities – who welcome newcomers and make them feel at home. After class finishes tea, coffee and biscuits are provided free. If you can find the time to stay on it is a chance to meet and chat with the other class members.
There is plenty of free parking.
